Template-driven document API

Each template defines its own context schema and renders through the htmldocs renderer. Routes and OpenAPI definitions are generated from those templates automatically.

API routes

GET /api/templates — list available templates
GET /api/templates/[...slug] — template metadata (supports domain paths like property/invoice)
POST /api/templates/[...slug] — render HTML with payload
GET /api/openapi — OpenAPI 3 document (generated)
